I personally would like to see some new colors in the Monokote inventory.
What colors would you all like to see?
It would be good if a Top Flight rep would look at this thread.
The colors that I think would look good are.
Metallic Orange
Metallic White
Smoke Chrome
Gold Chrome

I would like a colour called chameleon.
When you repair a plane it automatically assumes the colour that was there before.
I would buy a lot of this![Big Grin](images/smilies/biggrin.gif)

What I'd like to see is Monokote become a little more pliable. I don't use it any more unless a customer specifies it. It is by far the most difficult covering to apply and none of my irons get hot enough to make the stuff mold around compound curves. I need an iron that goes to 500 degrees or something.
Anyway, if you want custom colors, there's nothing like paint. You can have any color you want.

I haven’t had any trouble with monocote with the 50 to 60+ (ive lots count) planes I have covered so far. But there are a lot of people that don’t like monokote.
Ultra cote has a real nice pearl white for 18$ a roll while there other pearl colors are 13$ a roll what gives???? The monocote pearl white is slightly silver and very translucent L

I'd like very nuch to see some German WWI lozenge camouflage in flat. The real stuff actually came in 5 or 6 sided diamond patterns, both in light and dark. I don't care who makes the stuff just so it becomes available. There is some available but $3.00 per foot buys a lot of balsa.

I've often wished that Monokote would be made in some flat MIL Spec colors for the warbirder's! Colors that are similar to Model Master paints.
