Help --Piccolo Pitching--
Hey Guys...got a question for the experts out there........I'm new to the heli experience but have ample plane experience under my belt.
I purchased and setup a FP Piccolo with seperates.....using the stock motors that come with the lkit
I used all GWS naro servo's.....and their PG-03 electronic gyro. I'm using a 2 cell 1200Mah Lipo for power
Here's my question......I managed to get the heli trimmed pretty close so that I can get it into the air.
Once in the air the heli starts to pitch forwards and back violently and cannot be stopped. Does anyone know what would cause this?

in reply to the first response....the head is not too tight.....it moves freely...and I've had the glitch problem.....and it's not acting that way.
for the second response......the linkages are free with no binding......as far as swinging link a pendulum....I wouldn't describe it like that...I would call it more of a bobbing and it's constant......I'm sry but it's hard to describe when you only have a second or two before you have to sit it down.
Any other ideas?

Sounds like the all-too-famous tail bounce people with different micro FP helis have been talking about here. It's different than rotor out-of-balance which makes the heli oscillate about 15 times per second. This tail bounce is described as when the heli rock back-and-forth or swirl around while holding position at about 1.5 times per second.
If this is what you encounter, people including me have reported good success when tightening and advancing the blades a bit (compare to their fully extended position). Tail bounce occurs when main blades are lagging behind their fully extended positions. When spinning at hover speed and up, the main blades tend to fully extend themselves (making their CGs along the axis of the blade grips). However, air resistance drag the blades behind. The 2 forces fight against each other. Tighten down the blades effectively prevents the blades to lag behind and induce tail bounce, but some shock on the heli (like tapping the skids on the ground or high-G maneouvers) could momentarily loosen the grip of the main blades and let them lag behind. Increase headspeed, run heavier blades, or my rubberband mod all work to prevent tail bounce or even make it fade away mid-air, but I'm still looking at a better way to fix the problem which at some point before had never happened to my esky honey bee FP micro.
