Good question. I've wondered if there was such a book out there. Seems to me someone could make a decent pay check by writing and publishing a book about giant scale. Call it something like, the 35% to 50% Planes, from A to Z. Covering all the aspects of the plane, purchase, setup, engines, etc, etc.

Check out Don's Hobby Shop out of Salina, KS. He adverts in RCModeler and has a book on giant scale planes. Isn't exactly A-Z, but does cover a lot of information. Seems to give one idea for each subject, but does give information to go along with.

I forgot there was also a book some years back called Giant Steps or something like that. Had a bunch of different articles over building, covering, flying, etc.

If not listed on his web site (in fact I think his web site is done poorly, just a opinion) look in any r/c magazine for ad's from Don's Hobby Shop. In all his ad's he lists the two books he sells (mainly because he wrote them).
