Default Majestic 1400 CofG

I have just finished putting together this model and have a problem with the CofG. I bought the model second-hand recently but I do have the original instructions so I know the recommended CofG. I have fitted an Irvine 46 up front with an OS 46 silencer (as they are shorter then the Irvine silencers). Didn't think that this engine was particularly overweight but so far the plane is very front heavy. The instructions say CofG should be 125mm but so far I have it at 110mm. To do this I am putting the battery behind the servo tray.
I could put weight on the tail but I haven't read about anyone else having to do this, hence my question. Anyone else added weight to achieve the CofG? Is 125mm the right CofG?
Thanks for any help,
Andy
