How to remove 3M spray adhesive
would like to know of a magic trick to remove copy paper and super 77 from lite ply
have wetted with windex and scratched with finger nail then sanded.

Laquer thinner will soak through and remove. Next time, a light mist from a little further away and let dry a little will make it easier to remove.

Glad you got it done.
Any solvent that will cut enamel paints will also cut spray adhesive. That includes mineral spirits, lacquer thinner, acetone, MEK, and several others. The stronger solvents will not leave oil behind like mineral spirits will.
