Default Ultimate Race E-maxx

My interpretation for the ultimate race e-maxx would be, either dual HV's or hackers, 16 cells on a CF g-maxx chassis, running mod PL 40 Velocity's with 40 Bow-ties, with G3 Suspension and TRX Big bore shocks with buggy/1/10 springs with Hardcore Ti F/R skids with either an M8 with spektrum or XS3 Pro with JR Ultra torque servo, which has an insane amount of torque, like 288 on 4.8, It will cost CRAZY amounts of dough, but would race with the best, in either nitro or Electric~

I've actually heard that one really powerful brushless motor on the correct number of cells will out perform a dual brushless setup.

perfect race emaxx? um, sell it and get a revo? Hehe, well, if you sticking with electric ( what I race, besides my revo ) I would go with stock chassis, do the jang battery mod and flip the batts to the underside of hte truck. Get the proline suspension and hte proline shocks, some komodo dragon lp's on yellow velo's. bout it, well, motors, anything that has brushes would do. ( Im a big hater of bl systems. )

for racing, you DONT want the stock chassis. it flexes alot, and has a hi COG. Other chassis (like some at www.rc-monster.com) are meant to be used in a racing emaxx.

Making a nice chassis for an e-maxx racer would be a no brainer, but the ultimate racing e-maxx would be as light as possible with an honest good runtime of 10 minutes on a cell pack. That and QC battery mounts would just about do it.

The reason i'm partial to the G-maxx chassis is because i race with the nitro guys, and quick pit changes are essential, and so far, i've placed 1st 2nd or 3rd in every race due to a good pit man (all he does is grab the batteries and plug them in to charge), and the quick stops that are allowed with the gmaxx. and also, the Hitec 645 is a great servo, especially when switching from stock, it 10x as responsive 10x as powerful and 11x as reliable.

Whats the Kv Rating on a Feiago 10L? just wondering if its more than the 4400 by the HV, and i give up on the C50, its only got 2354, which really doesn't help much
