Default Revo throttle & brake problem - help???

Hi all - I've replaced the electronics in my Revo with digital servos and a Futaba HRS receiver. All was great while running in PCM mode using digital steering servos with conventional (not digital) servos for the throttle/brake and the reverse unit.

Now that digital servos are available small enough to use for the reverse servo, I decided to upgrade and run in HRS mode. I now have a glitch that for the life of me I can't figure out. When I apply full throttle, the throttle servo moves correctly and I get full throttle. But - when I apply the brake, the servo applies the brake and then jumps to full throttle when I release the brake! Not good, and I obviously can't fire my Revo up until i figure out what's going on here.

I've made sure everything's hooked up as best I can, but I'm wondering if I somehow messed up the way I have the servo horn for the throttle and brake set up. Does anyone have a picture of how theirs looks that they could post?

Any other ideas?

Thanks in advance for any help!

-Martin

it could be that the servo is not centered and when it is returnig to "neutral" it is actuall going past the stop point and pulling the horn all the way round i cant really explain it but if i were you i would start from scratch and re-centre all the servos and horns so that u will have peace of mind when u take it out again
