Default Astroflight 217-D capacitor question

Hi. I just bought a second Astroflight 217-D speed controller. This one has a different capacitor hanging off the end. The capacity difference is significant. Is this difference something to be concerned about? On the back of each controller is a sticker. The first controller says "1000" and the other says "0800".
