My KMP Skymaster has arrived!!!! Wow!
I got my KMP Skymaster last Thursday. It is the new color scheme.
I had followed the original thread regarding these and after inspecting the parts in the kit have concluded that everything that was wrong with these when they were first introduced has been fixed. The glass work is almost flawless! All I can say is Thank You KMP for offering such a nice product!

I have a NIB skymaster (also new paint scheme) waiting to be built. All I have to do is finish that dam edge 540
I plan on using 2 O.S 91 surpass engines. I'm also going to add extra's like working lights, robart nosewheel, cockpit detail and maybe add an extra flap section on the inner wing to make it more scale like.
I think KMP is on a winner with this model. Cant wait to see it in the air.

My flyin' buddy has a KMP Sky-master. I flew it for him a while ago on it's first flight. It really flies nice with no bad tendencies. Take off is pleasant with no torque. Landing was a nice steady decent with a nice touchdown and clean roll out.
His has a pair of Magnum 91's with on-board glows. He installed a rear ( lightweight) bulkhead to force the air from the upper wing scoop to get better cooling and keep the oils from building up inside the Fuselage. He opened a hole behind the head in the rear firewall. Make sure the exit hole is larger then the intake for good air flow.
Good luck, you're gonna love it.
