Default Help with Piccolo Pro motor installation

I'm in the process of build a Piccolo Pro and I've gotten to the section of installing the piccoboard pro and the G-410 motor. In the instructions they say that the blue wire from the piccoboard should be attached to the motor contact that is marked by a red dot. On the motor I have it doesn't have any red dot on it. Now does it really matter which motor terminal the blue or red wire is connect too??? If they are connected wrong will it damage the motor or piccoboard?

Thanks in advance.
