Default polycrilic, with koverall?

can you use koverall with polycrylic? for a finish on balsa

Koverall should be sealed first with either nitrate or butyrate dope, to fill the weave somewhat and maintain the covering well shrunk and tight for the rest of the airplane's life, once dope is cured (about a week) it can be topcoated with whatever kind of finish you want, I hear water based latex paints is perfect for it, you would have to clear coat it with some urethane clear if plan on using glow fuel.
