Make sure your slipper is set right, tight then back out 1/8-1/4 turn. feel your clutch bell after a run to see if its real hot. you might have to go to aluminum shoes, I got a set of Mugens coming.[8D]
If all that good then lower your lsn a tad and see.

instead of just seeing if the clutch bell is hot, take of the clucth bell and take a look at the shoes. if thier a bit glazed, then give them a good scuffin with some fine grit sand paper.
but also, just saying thata its slow on take off, doesnt give enough info.
does the truck stall, bog, make any weird noises, what?
