Default Is it possible to bend an MIP CVD? (pics) Ideas???

Ok it all started when i was driving my truck yesterday and out of a sudden it just stopped dead. Engine still running and all. I had no idea what it was so I guessed it was the diff. So I pulled the rear diff apart and of course the 4 screws were loose but the gears were good. So I tightened them and put it back together. All seems well.

So I go out today, and it happens again!!! So I'm like ***, before I go back I'll troubleshoot a little. Well it turns out the pin that holds the cvd shaft to the part that hooks up to the tranny (the pin in the joint). Had came loose and was getting caught on the chassis! So I tighten it down and that fixes it. So I'm driving around bashing and it does it AGAIN!!!!!!! So now I'm starting to worry. So I look at the front tranny cvd and gawd darn theres all this wear on the chassis and the cvd!!! So I spin the wheels and in 360* the cvd rubs on both sides of the chassis!!

So I come to the conclusion that I bent my front cvd somehow? Or the allen screw that holds it to the tranny output might have came loose?? Here's some pics, what ya guys think?

Sry for the quality I can't seem to get a non blury closeup.

First pic shows it rubbing on one side. Second shows it centered. Third shows rubbing on the other side.

Hmm i used to have mip cvds when i got my truck they were installed and on my truck it shows signs that it was doing the same but but eventually wore away the chassis so it could spin freely. One day my mip cvds blew apart one at a time so now i have rdlogics and they seen to have a smarter design.

Well I got it apart and the actual front part of the output shaft is bent!!! I dont know how it happend but its bent.

Here's a pic:

Well I tried bending it back, but it looks like its bent well back into the tranny.

Looks like I need a new output shaft Anybody make an aftermarket one? I'll be installing it with my OTB 2spd gears.

to get a good closeup pic with a digital camera you have to use a "macro" setting. it is usualy represented by a little Flower or something, but if you dont use it your pic will turn up blurry
