Smoke flow reducer??
Hi
After playing with mix on my JR8103 TX a few hours to set the Sullivan smoke pump, i can not find the right flow rate to get constant smoke. It works like on-off switch.. To much oil over 50% throttle and not enough below 50%.
The oil flow follows the throttle stick but I am going to empty the tank in 30 sec at that rate whatever the mix i use.
Is there small flow regulator that we can install between the pump and the muffler to reduce the flow?
Daniel

RE: Smoke flow reducer??
I can set mine up to the point at low throttle that hardly a drop comes out...
I used a remote needle valve to adust the flow

RE: Smoke flow reducer??
When you mix the smoke channed with the throtle channel you should be able to go any where from 0 to 100% mix. You can also use a small piece of brass tubing inside the smoke line to restrict full flow. Just try two or three different diamiters of tubing.
