Default Smoke flow reducer??

Hi
After playing with mix on my JR8103 TX a few hours to set the Sullivan smoke pump, i can not find the right flow rate to get constant smoke. It works like on-off switch.. To much oil over 50% throttle and not enough below 50%.

The oil flow follows the throttle stick but I am going to empty the tank in 30 sec at that rate whatever the mix i use.

Is there small flow regulator that we can install between the pump and the muffler to reduce the flow?

You gotta be doing something wrong on the programming......

I can set mine up to the point at low throttle that hardly a drop comes out....(of course I'm using a 10x vs 8103 so maybe that's it)

The 8103 TX does not have expo curve on the throttle while yours does.

Jeremiah, is it what your were talking about? What pump do you use?

When you mix the smoke channed with the throtle channel you should be able to go any where from 0 to 100% mix. You can also use a small piece of brass tubing inside the smoke line to restrict full flow. Just try two or three different diamiters of tubing.
