Who runs an OS.18TZ my first impressions!
Just received my OS.18TZ to day and for a small block this thing is huge! The reasons it looks so big is the large cooling head and all the extra fins on the case. My air filter off my Savage 4.6 fits on the carburetor like a glove but the bore is a little smaller but all in all the carburetor is all so huge. The only thing small is the pull starter because of the rear exhaust port. The front bearing is all so much lager then all the small blocks I have seen and is rubber seal not shield like most.
Another thing is on Towers web site and I emailed OS they said the engine do to it being a race engine there is not a warranty. In the owners manual has a warranty card in it with the same warranty as other OS engines. Hope it is like my other OS engines and I will not need it.
Now the down side! It will be a while before I get it put in, as I need to finish up grading the drive train, get an exhaust header and maybe a new pipe. On top of that I just got laid off work. For now I will just have to be happy in looking at my TZ and running my OS.15CV-RX
Who else has the TZ and how do you like? What pipe are any TZ owners running off road?

I guess there are not many people that have one yet. Will let all know how it does when I get it installed. If it is like my other OS engiens and with all the HP it has I think I will like it a lot.
