I don't know about traction control, but ABS is a bit of a misnomer. It simply pulses the brakes on and off rather than full on. It can be tuned by setting the on/off ratios, the strength of braking, and the cycle speed.

Does it work?
I mean is it better than full brakes?
It's not a 1:1 car,and the servo works much slower than the 1:1 cars system.
As for the traction control it's on the KO Propo systems and can't find how it works!

On my tx there is a system called start rate, which I assume is the same as traction control. It is a feature where you preset the trigger in order to obtain a smooth acceleration without the tires loosing their grip.
ABS is in my opinion best suited for on-road.

But I think that you should be able to control the acceleration of your off-road vehicle without to much wheelspin and likewise be able to control the breaking without loosing control over the direction without using electronic aids.

It's like traction control and ABS in F1 - it just makes the difference between the good driver and the more average smaller.
