What fuel tank size for 50cc gas
Can anyone tell me what the fuel tank size for a 50 cc gas engine? About 15 min running time with 1/4 tank reserve. I don't mind re-filling every flight. I want to keep the plane light.

RE: What fuel tank size for 50cc gas
I use a 16 0z (475ml) tank... at least 15 minutes but close to empty when I pit. 20oz (600ml) would probably work if you want that extra margin ... not worth the weight IMO.. On my 50cc 3D plane, I use 12 oz, I get 12 minutes easy.. more than enough for 3D time... keeps it very light.

I can fly a G62 on an 18oz tank for OVER 20 minutes.
I'm not flying full throttle though. Mostly 1/4--1/3 throttle with occasional bursts of full for vertical acceleration--but back off quickly. The plane does start to get small pretty quick.
10-13 minute flight--back to the pits--about 1/2 tank left.
