Default 3speed and Wheelies Savage 25

Any tips on how to tune for wheelies in my Stock Savage 25. Also, I bought a 3speed and reverse module, any tips for getting this thing in? I am sure it could pull wheelies with a 3speed right?

Thanks

I have a savage SS, and it pulls wheelies no problem, and its almost stock. the engine in your 25 is basically the same........it should be able to pull wheelies...........
If your engine is running too rich, it will have tendency to be sluggish off the line.
I'm not an expert.......so if i'm wrong, somebody please let me know.........
with that 3 speed, its gunna haul ass :-)
have fun

try a higher weight shock oil with stiff springs that will help, i have never used the NS 25 but from what i hear it takes a while to show its true colours.

I have the Savage 25 LE and it wheelies pretty easily. Just break it in and tune it. I have mine set so that it does not wheelie till I am about 1/3 way through a tank of fuel. Also, mine kept getting more and more power for the first 10 or 12 tanks.

Exactly! I run it a little rich at the start so it finished a tank around 260 degrees, maybe a little higher if I am running it really hard.

That time you spend under operating temperature causes alot of wear. Not to mention who wants to have to go through it being a dog for half the time you are using it?

Fix it, you'll be glad you did.

So how can I tell the difference between a bog and a stumble?
