GET THE NEW LINKS FROM HORIZON IF YOUR KIT DIDN'T COME WITH THEM. THEN USE 1 SERVO FOR EACH SIDE. IT'S NOT
HARD TO DO AND THE GEAR WORK PERFECTLY.

With a little bit of work and some new links the stock retracts work fine. I'm using just one retract servo, but I can see how adding an additional one would make things easier. That is the cheapest way. Been flying on the stock retracts for almost 2 years now. No problems since I replaced the stock ball links.
