Just a quick question on the bing carb. Which way should the throttle plate be facing for fully closed? IE; should the screw in the center have the threads facing into the carb/engine or should the screw head be facing into the carb/engine?

I tried to search for something like this but couldn't get any meaniful search results. I'm sure someone has asked this before.

Screw head facing the intake port in the cylinder, threads inside the carb when closed..The disc is beveled to better fit the bore when closed, check it out when assembling...
