I understand this is a good engine, but know little about it. What kind of ignition does it use? How do all of you rate it.

FPE is a great running motor have one myself however get the opitional c/h sychrospark ign, standard is the Ridge ignition fixed timing doesnt turn as many rpms as the Brisons and fox motors . They come with the c/h as standard the cost i believe is around 75 bucks extra for the c/h but well worth it. Mine swings a 20/8 zinger pro about 6800 rpms . i have a carbon fiber prop on its way which should increase the rpms a little.
