RE: mosquito help
I tried Robart heavy duty mechanicals (plastic mechs) in my first Mossie but they lasted two landings, go with Spring Airs or metal Robarts, the Mossie is quite heavy with a high wing loading and can come in hard. I'm using Spring Airs and they are great.

RE: mosquito help
My Mossie is the CMPro (China Model productions) which is sold as a Flair kit in the UK (so they are the same model), flying weight was around 7.2 kgs (16lbs) . Mine is powered by 2 x OS.46 AX 2/s, with Spring air retracts, the model really honks along but is a real b#tch to get airborne due the the excessive P factor (it torques madly to the left and must be "launched" at almost full throttle to get it airborne in a straight line)
No pics but mine is pained as a night fighter.
cheers
