Last Week, Arizona Electri-Fest!!
Holy Cow... we are SMOKED!!!
Rabbit Ron, Johnny Bad*****, Plane Bender and myself spent last weekend in arizona at the Electri-Fest.

Dave and myself spent the whole week there.... to just kick back and relax.... yeah right... didn't happen.. I think we finished 3
planes, and built one. But... it was an adventure..... I could post lots of vids and pix, but you can go get'em here...

This was the 2nd year for this event, and there were nearly 200 registered pilots... I suspect they will have a participant cut off next year.
If you wanna get to see the hot electric stuff... here it can be done....

Formerly the Mid Winter Electric-Fest... now in early spring... I guess people are tired of the mud wrestling!!

Shulee and Plane bender were running 5000'ish Duralites and I had 10S4P TP 5300's... Ron and I had
Hacker C50's and Dave had an AXI OutRunner. I am liking the plane more and more....
The triple HAnd launch was fun... and my plane hovers effortlessly... but some times I gotta
beg it to finally Torque around with the help of Ailerons... (I hate that.. makes me feel like
I am cheating )

the arizona electric festival was awesome! i didn't see you there joe, must have missed you.
i got 17 flights on saturday and 12 on sunday and 3 on friday. didn't brake anything but i ran out of battery on the edge that took me 3 months to build. made it bakc by about 2 feet, had to come in towards the crowd. because it was the shortest distance. anyways, i thinki am coming to mwe. thanks, ryan
