Help needed with AFPD...Please
I just purchased AFPD and installed it. Everything looks great but it says it sees my usb cable plugged in but does not see my JR Radio?
I have the correct cable, I have more than adquate computer/graphics card/ram to run it.
When I click "fly" the plane take off and crashes because I have no control.
I have scoured the FAQ's at their site but no joy.
Can someone please shed some light on this? I will be eternally greatful.

RE: Help needed with AFPD...Please
Radio is a New JR XP6102. Do I set to SPCM or PPM...or does it matter? I tried both, no difference.
Everything seems to be working properly with the exception of the transmitter. When I put the cord into the back it turn the transmitter on. When I try to caliberate, all the scales are going nuts...back and forth.
I read where running windows XP or 2000 you need to download drivers that support Open GL. I fly IL2 in open GL so I know thus my drivers should be ok.
The graphics are awsome, my frame rates are in the 100's and the picture is perfect.
Thanks for the help thus far.

Please post this in AFPD support section next time. As for your question, if your scales are going crazy, that may be a problem with your computer, not the radio, hopefully STL can help you.

Do you have the JR adapter? It has to be in PPM mode.
I have to take my Valentine out for dinner, but I'll be back in 2 hours if you want me to call you send your phone number to [email protected] and I'll walk you through some things.
