Default Bevel Gear Problem @ LE

Hi guys. During my second tank i noticed that my LE didn't had the usual acceleration. I heard the engine screaming but I didn't see this power coming on terrain. First I thought it was a shaved spur gear, but it wasn't. I then noticed that my fwd drive was the only one which moved the car no rwd movement. I took rear diff apart and i saw that right bevel gear (86032) missed a tooth and all the others was not at a very good shape. Also i missed the diff case gasket (85044b). Has this ever happened to you ? Where did that f***G gasket went ? It couldn't go anywhere its sealed in there. Do you think that this gasket produced the problem ????
