Default BOXXER PROBLEM!

I'M WORKING ON MY NEW BOXXER; I GOT THE TOP WING ALMOST READY BUT NOWHERE ON THE MANUAL I HAVE SAYS HOW YOU INSTALL THE TABS THAT CONNECTS THE WING TO THE PLANE AND THE ANGLE THEY SHOULD GO. IN THE STEP 17 PICTURE YOU CAN SE THEM BUT THAT'S IT. AND THE SAME THING FOR THE TOP WING. PLUS I GOT THE OLD PLANS WITH THE OLD CABANE ALIGN DETAIL BUT DON'T HAVE THE NEW ONE. PLEASE ADVICE I'M TIRED OF GUESSING.
THANKS RAY COLETTO.

Ray, no worries about the cabane align detail. Ignore the drawing of the cabane itself and just focus on the ribs and mounting tabs-those details are the same on either version. That drawing is only there so you get the tab pockets built into the correct locations on the ribs before you frame the wing. After that point, that portion of the plans is of no value. Frankly, that drawing will be removed from the plans for the next batch and replaced with a drawing of the top and bottom ribs with the rib pockets in place.

PM me if you have any questions. I'll help any way I can.

BTW, you might want to turn off the caps lock, it tends to mean "I'm yelling at you" in internet speak.

Jeremy will confirm with me but if my memory is correct Raniery the tabs only get glued into the wings during the final assembly stages of the model where you have the bottom wing and fuselage together. You will then tackle the top wing incidences etc and glue the tabs in fixed to the cabanes so that the incidences of the wings are correct etc. Sorry it's been a while and I built one of the first Boxxer kits so I'm not sure if things are still the same.
