Graphite will be more rigid than the stock plastic, but the downside is that it is also more brittle - meaning it'll snap more easily.
Aluminium will be fairly rigid, but will bend in a hard collision.

Aluminum can cause radio glitches too, being they are both conductors of electricity. If you don't have any loose screws or bare wires coming in contact, AND using capacitors as recommended by the motor and esc manufacturers, you will not experience any more glitches than with the stock plastic chassis.

RE: Aluminum or Graphite ???????
I have only ever had problems with graphite. If you are prone to wrecking at all, the graphite chassis will break somewhere. Not only that, I swear my graphite chassis caused my radio to glitch during a race once with a brand new spektrum. Stick with stock plastic, it has a bit more give and is cheaper.
