Hellfire questions
I have a couple of questions about the hellfire maybe a csr from HPI can answer.
Is the 599 price going to stay? Or is this going to come down some? 600 is a little steep for me and will probably keep me from purchasing it. If it were a 100 bucks cheaper id probably get it.
Also is this going to come in a kit without a radio and engine?
Id ultimatly like to buy the kit without the motor and radio. I want to add my own engine to this in a kit form. Id like to see this truck treated like the R40. Seems like a competition type truck. Be nice to get the bare kit and add my own goodies in it.
Thanks
Stan

RE: Hellfire questions
as far as i can see, it comes with the 4.6 and the radio. the 4.6 is pretty powerful, dont even worry about changing it. the 600 will go down soon, as the company tends to put a high msrp price tag. the savy 4.6 is already down to 360, so i wouldnt worry bout it. just my 2c

RE: Hellfire questions
The rumor is that the kit will arrive about a month from now. HPI just released some option parts for the truck, so I would expect the full on kit to show up soon.

RE: Hellfire questions
I'm trying to get into the RC hobby and have recenely bought the Hellfire. I would like to hear about any gripes, complaints, and thoughts about the truck. i'd also like to hear about any common failure items and any aftermarket hop up parts that are availble. any help you could provide would be appreciated.
