RE: HELP WITH SPUR GEAR PLEASE!!!
OK Hang on, take a deep breath.... Relax, its going to be OK.
First what motor, what is it doing? Is it binding anywhere prior to reinstalling motor? Is the motor clutch done CORRECTLY? Is the tranny turning freely, have you done anything to any part of the powertrain, recently?
Go back and check out the before you run it post...

RE: HELP WITH SPUR GEAR PLEASE!!!
the problem is that your doing it with a piece of paper... u have to do it by feel... they should spin freely together, but shouldnt spin forever
other wise your going to strip them... you want them to be close but not so close that the run...
then make sure u locktight your motor mounts and u wont have any problems

Try a search as there is MANY treads on this topic and most end up in a flame. Matter of fact there is one about 5 or 10 topics down. That’s all I am going to say, as I am not going to get in to the spur gear BS again.
