Ken,

Standard 40 size stuff will work just fine. Dubro 40 size tail wheel, 6 or 8 oz. hayes tank. Engine of choice. Wheel collars for the wire gear and wheels of course.

You'll love this bird......have fun and post up any questions and many will be glad to help you out.

I plan on making my own control rods.
I used:
Dubro HD Control horns
Dubro Super Strength Long Servo Arms
Dubro HD Ball Links (4-40) for the servo side.
Dubro HD Clevises (with the locking pin) for the control horn side.
Homemade CF pushrods. I cut 2" pieces of 4-40 rod & JB Weld them to each end of a properly cut roud CF rod (I forget the diameter, but the 4-40 rod just slides inside it)
For the throttle, I use a dubro flex cable & just solder the ends solid & use dubro e/z connectors to attach on each end.
For the tailwheel, i use a sullivan. (the small one)

Good luck, it's an awesome 3D plane that's tough as nails. I've had some vicious cartwheel landings & lots of doinks out of a hover & it's still going strong. In fact, these pictures were taken after it had crashed 3 times that day.
