How to Make Strong, Lightweight Shipping Crates
[link=http://www.airfieldmodels.com/information_source/how_to_articles_for_model_builders/miscellaneous/build_shipping_crates/index.htm]How to Make Strong, Lightweight Moving/Shipping Crates for Model Aircraft[/link]
These crates are primarily foam with a cardboard shell. I've shipped several of them and they have all been reported to have arrived in good shape.
I build my first hot wire cutter to make these and it obviously needs a lot of work so any suggestions you have for improving it will be very much appreciated.
Thanks,
- Paul K. Johnson

Thanks Paul for taking the time to publish this information. I will be packaging RC stuff sold
on e-Bay soon, and your shipping article really came at the right time for me.
