Space walker II and CG problems
I have recently built (ARF) a Seagul spacewalker II Powered with a Saito 72 and set the CG exactly where the manual said to start. When We took it up for the first flight it was so nose heavy it almost crashed (it took full elevator to save it) Well I took it back home and cut open the tail and installed the battery in the rear to add tail weight. Took it back to the field , took it up again and this time it was much better , but still nose heavy , and the elevator was not very responsive . So i'm getting ready to add 1oz of tail weight and try again. Has anyone else with a SPACEWALKER II had any issues with the CG ?

damn, i cant find it, its not lost it's just at another house in the garage. mine flies exceptionaly well with a 52 four stroke. that saito you have is much heavier obviously. i balanced mine with my fingers like all my planes.
