Mini Ultra Stick.
A fun aerobatic plane that flies fast with a Park 480. Easily keeps up with the slimers and then some. Use at least a 3s 1500 mAH 20c or a 3s 2000 mAH 15c for best results.

What kryptonite said, that motor has awesome power for planes around ~24oz. I ran it on *only* 8-cells (nimh) in my Mini Super Sportster, and it would still climb at a respectable rate with a 10x7. AUW 22-24-oz. Hardly pulled 12 amps. You can do unlimited vertical with 3S lipos in this plane size.
Actually, the Brio 10 can be flown with the 480 as a sport power option, while the E-flite Power 10 motor is what is recommended to really liven it up for 3D.

I use a Park 480 and 10x8 GWS Prop on my golden era-like Cleveland Air Racers. 44 in wingspan. All up weight including the 3000ma 3s1p lipo and CC35 ESC is 2lbs 11oz. Flies for 15 to 20 min all out.

I'de like to second the thought on the 480 and the Mini Ultra Stick. It's a teriffic airplane all the way around and with the 480 it's just brutal. Everwere I take that plane people are impressed with it. My friends and I run them with Thunder power 2100mah packs and E Flite 480 speed controllers. The only problems we ever have is getting too exuberant flying them, so we biff one every so often......but at $89 to get back in the air the same day, it could be worse.

RE: eflight 480
The 20C rating means that the 2250mah battery can discharge (was it "continuous" 20C?) at a rate of 2.25 amps X 20 = 45amps. I'm sure the battery as a "burst" C rating too which means it can handle that amp rating that for a few seconds provided it is able to cool down in between.
So you want, for example with the Park 480 1020kv motor which I believe is rated at continous about 20amps, a Lipo battery that can safely discharge about 25-30 amps so that it doesnt heat up as much. So you go about looking for such a lipo. One relatively speaking lightweight example I know of is the Thunderpower 11.1v 3S (3-cells) 2100mah 15C cont. /20C burst will give you 30A continuous/40A burst current. If you prop your motor correctly and manage the throttle sensibly, then this battery *should* stay in a comfortable warm temperature range, while giving you good power.
