Default Removing Tires

Anyone know how to get a tire unglued from a wheel? I have heard that you can boil it off but im not sure about that.

boil it. last time i did it, it still didnt come off. its prolly bcuz i glued it like supuupupuper crazy. but boiling should do the trick.

The time and effort is not worth the savings. Save you money and purchase the wheel and tire assembly.

Well i would buy new but I have no local hobby shop and tower takes 2-3 weeks cause it has to go through customs to get to me

Thanks tho guys ill try boiling cause I never used very much glue I think they were on the verge of falling off

use the serch button this question has ome up 10 million times.

Also the only method i know of that has no bad side is soaking in acetone. IT works 100%, doesnt invole boiling water, or baking which stinks everything up. The people who tell you to buy new wheels are (no offense) really stupid. Thats a huge waste of money that seriously adds up over time. Just pour some acetone into a container, soak the wheels over night, and the next day they will peel right off the rims, and cause no harm to the wheel

Bake it.

preheat your oven to 350 degrees (or the centegrade equivelent)

place tires on a cookie sheet

insert into oven, close door, and turn off oven.

wait a couple hours, then take them out and let them cool for a couple more hours. should pop right off the rim, and it's easy.
