Raiden Tech Edge 540T
After I sell off my Funtana 90s, I'm thinking about going with two of these Edge 540s. It's just a hassle for me to carry such a big plane around so I need to get rid of the Funtana and go with a smaller plane to fly around.
I want to get two of these Edge 540T. One red and one blue which is what they have. $69.99 a peice.
I am aware about these chinese made planes and their quality. But before building and checking over parts, I think I will make it out okay. It'll be a few weeks to a month or so till I make a go on these 2.
Judging by the photos, it's a very nice looking plane. But I'm sure there are some weak points somewhere on the airframe which I will look thoroughly before throwing the radio gear in and powerplant. I'm still figuring out what servos and power plant to use. I'm thinking a saito 72 if I end up with enough cash at the end, or an OS .46 or .55 AX.
Other than that, I'm just waiting to see how this plane turns out from other builders.
