I thought this question would get some interesting replies. Quique's Cub was pretty cool, and I heard about I think a Fokker, so what else is there?

I hover an Avistar trainer sometimes. ( instructors like to have a little fun too) 15 seconds is about the best i can do so far.

LOL

That's cheating. They just hover because the Earth repels them.

I've briefly TQ'ed a Curtiss P-6E Hawk (Hostetler plans) and a Top Flight Giant Scale Corsair.

Tried a couple of people's trainers (at their request) and didn't have much luck though :spinnyeye

I hovered some guys Sig Kadet Senior (up high and only for a short amount of time.) He had an OS70FS on it and was barely enought to hold it there.

The plane also does an incredible tail slide(50-75 ft). Better than any of my planes.

Default Strange Hovers

Super Star select, no TR but decent tail slide when the motor just could hang on anymore.

Cessna 172 with a 91 stroker on it, if it only had more rudder........

60 size Corsair.

At the hobby shop, we did some mods to a B-17 and can hover that too.

And I gotta try it on most anything I fly.

I didn't do it, but my buddy Randy flys this guys, 100 inch Corsair and Mustang, and he TR's those on a regular basis. Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay up there, but he did it.

Oh, and a heli, both ways.

Hi Roger you crazy guy. You seem to be getting funnier as days go by. Are you taking pills for this? You better hover that big plane you have there in summer, we will be watching.

I hover my friends Ugly stick 60 all the time. And with that sad and worn out engine OS .61 SF it still has enough to pull itself out.......barely.
