In my experience if you do not rap the vent line around the tank fuel, Fuel will escape on the downlines, but you will see the evidence of this on the side of the plane.

I'll check my mixture when I go flying tomorrow. The engine runs well but may be rich (odd considering it was fairly cold today). The vent tubing is not looped around the wing tube so some fuel may be escaping during down lines, though the tank does get full when I fuel it.

Haha...I just noticed your sig! I believe my exact words were "anemic poodle" lol...
