Has anyone else noticed that it seems that aerotrend is no longer in business? I placed an order with them 6/20/06 of it's never been processed. Shows up in my account, got the confirmation e-mail, but nothing. I've gotten zero replies via e-mail, and the phone number listed goes to a mailbox that is full. Last time I checked tower they were completely out of stock on most everything and no idea of delivery. Any information from anyone?

BTW, I've replaced what I had originally ordered already with Hayes Neoprene but it's the point...

after reading a couple of threads on here earlier today, I went out online trying to find someone who had the easy flex aerotrend, or whatever it's called, as it seems to be highly recommended....no deal. No-one has any, at least that I have found. BandB usually sells the blue aerotrend stuff, and a yellow version...not the standard tygon. I'm not sure what it is, but since I had no other option, I got some on the way.

Maybe someone else can shed some light on this, or direct us to another equally recommended product that is available.

I guess this is it. Looks like the site is still up and running, and the easy-flex can be ordered. Maybe I am wrong.

also, I just called this number....they answered right away. Not sure what happened that had us all wondering, but they are up and running.

I just sent them another e-mail asking what was going on. I'll see if they reply.

Alright man,

I just called them....hope you don't mind, I gave them your order confirmation number....and the general story and said what's up? He said he cannot tell me the reason you have not received your order, but that an email was sent to you regarding it.

He also said that since the sale of Great Planes, Aero Trend no longer does business with them. they are strictly Horizon now.

he explained that due to some other products they sell, they are slammed with thousands of emails a day, and often cannot get to them.

they also have one phone line, and their vmail backs up horribly every day. Sounds like some business decisions are in order for them, but that's just me...

Anyway, call em...I did what I could.

Thanks, I'll give them a call and see what happened. Never got an e-mail from them and I only get a few spam e-mails a day so I'm sure I would have seen it...
