3710 is an electric rusty
I wouldn't worry much about upgrading it, I'd just beat it till it died and then upgrade whatever I broke.
However, that doesn't really answer your question, so...
That is the model with the MSC, so I'd say the single best upgrade you could perform would be swapping out that MSC for an ESC. For specific product recommendations, I suggest posting in the electric forums.
You shouldn't have any need to upgrade anything in the tranny or rear end, so I can't think of any suggestions in that department.
The most important upgrades I've thrown on my nitro rusty are:
RPM a-arms all the way around
aluminum rear shock tower (stock one breaks very easily on hard rollovers and upside down landings
titanium turnbuckles and camber links with some heavier ball ends
rpm front bumper (if you crash a lot like I do)

upgade the idler gear to an aluminum one. I never upgraded a single thing on my rusty. I drove it as hard as I could. Into walls, full speed jumps, big falls, and of course in snow and ice. I never broke a single thing, exxcept for a battery from all of the hard hits, and a servo saver.
