YEEHAW I got it running! Some small problems...
Got my used 2.5 Maxx running for the first time - the person that sold it to me for some reason installed the wrong OWB.
I replaced it and was able to get it running for the first time this week, and ran it around the yard this afternoon.
I am on Cloud 9.
Current issues:
1) I had to turn the idle up at least 3 times (a total of 1/2 to 0.6 turns) to keep it running, and most times when I start it I have to give it at least 1/4 to 1/2 throttle for a successful start. I've leaned the HSN twice and right before I ran out of fuel it was idling fine, but it could have been running nice because it was running out of fuel. Do I go leaner? It was smoking on high speed runs and spattering at idle.
2) My EZStart won't fully light up the glow plug LED unless I wiggle and move the EZStart controller all over.
The wiring harness is brand new, wonder if there is a ground problem or the connector on the contoller is shot?
3) It bogs down a lot when starting off, not sure if it's because of the mix (haven't worked on LSN yet) or if there is a clutch issue?
Otherwise I am beside myself. Kids came running out of their houses to watch me, but I'm sure some dads were jealous or thought I was a loser. I don't care I had a BLAST.
Thanks to everyone that answered my previous posts.

RE: YEEHAW I got it running! Some small problems...
just sounds like a tuning sissue to me, you'll get used to it. It runs great on high speed passes cause you have adjusted the HSN, or high speed neadle, think of it as 2nd stage on a carberator, and think of the LSN ad the first. It is probuly bogging because your LSN is set to ritch, lossen it a 1/4 turn and go from there, and i hate the stock clutches on them , amybe when ever you get time, get a nice aluminum 3 shoe one, makes a huge diference, and if you are still fealing a bit slow on the start, you can scratch the inside of the clutch bell up and scratch the shoes up. And if it is still slow on the start, install a lower toothed clutchbell, that should give you a considerable boost in acceleration, but of corse you will loose a bit of top end.
Hope i helped you some what
