I ordered some gas engine stand off's from them before the new year and haven't been able to get anyone on the phone or to answer an e-mail.

Just curious if anyone here knows if they are on vacation or some extended holiday trip?

They did not charge my credit card so the order has not been filled.

Hi joe...
They are 4 miles from my house!!!!!
It is a large machine operation with lots of people and they close down for the holidays.
Should be getting your order soon.
If not I will check & see what is up.

I expect to hear from them soon. Just want my stand off's so I can fire this engine up.

They are back in the office. I just spoke with the girl that takes care of orders. She was sick over the new year weekend with bronchitis.
