Default New T-Maxx 3.3 Suggestions.

Well, my new 3.3 T-Maxx will be here Tuesday morning. I also orderd an extra glow plug for the break in. My only concern is the last post I read here about the exhaust melting down at break in. Any way to prevent this or lessen the chances?[sm=tongue.gif]

Metal exhaust...surely there is something out there that will fit the 3.3 Maxx....
Matbe NOT labelled to fit, but afterall, F150man94 came up with the Associated MGT pipes for our Revo's with the Picco engines.

SURELY someone has done some expermentation.....How hard can it be....plug it into a silicone connector, and form a new wire hanger....

Anyway....good luck with the truck man, and enjoy.

I'll do that. Thanks for your help in previous posts. If any one can add to my research in better exhausts, please do. Thanks.

I put a Fantom racing pipe on my T-Maxx 3.3 and it really screams!! Only needed to bend the wire hanger to make it fit with no problems.

Traxxas Is releasing two optional aluminum pipes for the 3.3 sometime early may part#5486 (Resonator tuned pipe single chamber) and part# 5487 (Resonator tuned pipe double chamber). From what my LHS told me traxxas did all of there testing and benchmarks with these. This is what I am going to try and my LHS should have them this week so when I get a chance to try one I will post at give a review
