Nitro ports....
I have a total Noob ? Can someone explain ports on the nitro engines. I searched all over the web and can't find it. I assume the more ports the better?

from my understanding the the less ports the more torque the more ports the higher rpm short and simple version but you can get a higher quality engine that has better cuts to the ports which make the ports perform better and make my first sentence totaly contrdict itself

I think im gonna try porting on my old 6 gallon TRX 2.5. Ill never be able to test the results cus im missing some engine parts but maybe u guys can grade my work from the pics Im gonna start a thread on porting soon so that guys like supertib and mammoth tough with experience can give us porting newbs some tips and pics.[8D] Tom.
