dune bugge roll cage for sav
i saw a video of a savage one youtube and the savage had a simple 2 bar rollcage that made it look like a dunebugiie does anyone know where to get one? and will it fit the exstended chassis +1"? thanks

My guess it is a TT cage, Twisted Toys. He made them out of delrin rods bent with a heat torch. I think there are quite a few other guys who make them also.

I could not find the video. I found this and thought I could make this cage fit my truck. What do you guys think it's about 21" long and i am pretty crafty. any idea of what it is? it is 4 wheel drive and has chains. Should I butcher it or is it worth making into something?

Ok I made my own, it's kind of cheesy but it's a prototype. I did not win the auction for the buggie in the picture above.

Hmmm. Well its not the nicest looking roll cage by far, i think it would be more solid if they had a little distance from each other and were lower. What if you mounted it at the base of the shock tower instead?

Thanks for the heads up on the wheels! I am going to get new rods and try to make the new ones more form fitting.
