Default How to lower your suspension.........

.........is what I'm asking - not tellin' - sorry to mislead you but thought that opening line would hook you in

I'm running a TNX monster Truck 1/8th and lovin' it.....

Bashing around the track this weekend I found myself a little top heavy with a little too much roll....

Therefore, how does one lower or tighten up ones suspension without having to fork-out for a new set yet still affording a reasonable level of "bounce" ?

Hints - Tips and pics most welcomed ....

I use rubber bands that go around the the shock towers and down to the shock screws and I really like it for bashing. It works like the zip tie mod but way way better because there is no odd bouncing.

hello you can put shock inserts inside of shock to lower your truck suspension plus shock mounting holes the inserts you may had to mod a extra set of savage shock pistions some use fuel line inside of shock but will compress under load and compress your o rings so dont do that if you can help it

the best thing you can do to your truck is putting new springs to the shocks. Get yourself 8 medium-hard springs and you'll be allright. Get some teflon stripes too, the caps on the stock shocks will pop out quite often if not.

You can find springs for those size of shocks about anywhere in a local hobby shop or on the net.
