HI,
I use them on all my boats. It makes it easier to install the stuffing tube if you aren't too good at glassing or epoxy..

"T" Bars are the way to go. Great for support of the cable tube. Could use a pice of wood.
But wheres the BLING BLING in that.

I just got mine in from Zac @ AmericanRC. Very fast shipping and a well made T-bar. I think they are worth it. It will keep the shaft still when hitting waves and won't let it flex out of position or slide back.

make one from 1/2 ply, cut a peice to match the v of the hull glass it in and i cut a small groov for the tube to sit in si half the tube is above the groove or more an oval shape.i drill a pilot hole and epoxy two studs into the wood either side of the tube.then take some ali flat bar and bend it to shape so it will hold the tube when you bolt it down using nyloc nuts on the studs.i hope you can understand what i mean, anyway heres a pic of mine.at the transome end i use a larger diam tube for it to go into so i can remove the stuffing tube easy by removing the nuts on the bracket.the larger tube gets glassed in.im in the process of doing this on my new build .

I sell alot to you guys over there in the UK.
But the shipping costs $$$$$ ,It just aint rite.
Most orders are under 2lbs ,and i have to charge 15-20 dollars
to ship. I know i could sell more but the shipping is a killer....

What you may think is high to you mate is not to us here you say $20 is high well i can tell you a package of 2lbs here is gonna cost you arround £15 which works out at $29 and im talking door to door in the uk so $20 from the states is better value especially when the parts or whatever are much cheaper to start with.

Do you put bubble wrap in the box? So wrap bubble wrap around the drive and put it in the bag, pretty simple isn't it? I received Tuned pipes in bags without a dent, I would hope your drives are a little stronger than that?
