RE: UPLAOD PICTURES
I use www.photobucket.com. You upload them directly from your computer and they host them for you. You can then copy them directly to just about any forum page using the 3 different forms that they store them in. Works really well and is free! As a bonus they display directly on the screen and you dont have to double click anything to see the pictures.

You can find detailed instructions here: http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_5218588/tm.htm
Please do not link to pictures on photobucket or any other site. Doing so causes the full size picture to be loaded when someone views the thread. It may be more convenient for the person doing the post, but it messes up the thread for others. Threads become painfully slow to load for people who have slow internet connections. It also messes up the line lengths of the posts, causing some text to extend past the end of the page. And, if that's not enough, when you link to a picture that's hosted on another site, guess what happens when the picture disappears from the other site? That's right, they're no longer in the thread for others to see. Unlike other sites where budget limitations prevent you from attaching pictures directly to the thread, RCU has plenty of server space and encourages you to attach your pictures.
