E-Flight 2 in 1
Just wondering. The ESC side of my 4 in 1 burned up on my CP, and only the ESC side. Servos still work fine off the receiver. I've seen a bunch of places online that sell a 2 in 1 which is the ESC and mixer only, so in theory I should be able to get this and plug it right in to the receiver portion of my burned up 4 in 1. Correct? I tore my 4 in one apart, and the only connection between the receiver/gyro portion is the ESC plugs to CH 3 & 4 (I think it was 3 & 4) so the 2 in 1 should plug right in. Right?
Has anyone done this??? I'd much rather spend the $35 for this than the $70 for the whole 4 in 1.
If I have to spend the $70 I think it will be to buy a 2nd T-Rex battery and I'll part out the CP.

If you are handy with soldering, you can just solder in 2 n channel mosfets =) part number To-220. With shipping you should be able to get them for $10 bucks or so. A guy over on the falcon 40 forum sometimes will also do it for a cost. That's who I got the advice from.. I think his handle is robotronski. Good luck =)
Also I would make sure to put the fuse mods on so you don't burn out another one =)
