Default 2.5 carb

my carb gets stuck when its ment to close when the engine is off but when the engine is running it does not.

can i get a stronger spring for it and can i put the new spring on with out having to take the carb off?

if so what spirng should i get.

Sounds like you just need to make some linkage adjustments. Loosen the stop collar and put more tension on the spring. Also, check your throttle trim on your radio.
