The tanks are on the CG so they dont affect the ballance. I put the pull pull in just to move the CG forward. I put 1- 5735 on pull pull using a 4" arm from SWB manufacturing. With the long arm I am no longer able to do knife edge loops. I am going to move the cables in next week and try it again. If that does not do it then I will put 2 of the 5735 in it. I have flown the plane with the CG at 6 5/8" back from the leading edge, and while it was still great to fly and would still slow way down for landing, it was not as solid in the IMAC routines. I am now at 4 3/4" with no lead in the nose. I would think that with the 80 in the nose, you should ballance ok even with the servos in the tail.

Is it better to have the servo on pull pull instead of having it in the tail for rudder? Will there be an issue of flutter?

If you can get teh ballance and put the servos in the tail, then you can not get a better linkage than that. I would put them in the tail if ballance is not an issue.

I will tape the servo temporarily in the tail and see what happens. Do you think the stock rod is okay or should i make something up with carbon fiber?

I used the stock rods on my first one, but I had two servos on the rudder in the tail. I had carbon fiber on this one with one 5645 in the tail on the rudder till I made it pull pull
I would think that as short as the run is, the stock 4-40 rod would be fine.
